The performance begins with the speakers playing virtuosic passages that cover the entire keyboard. As the performance progresses, Elyakim carefully cuts the electric wires connecting each key to her computer, gradually removing the keys from the keyboard and stacking them on the floor. The composition evolves as the number of keys decreases. The performance concludes as the final wire is cut, and the last key is stacked on the floor in silence.
